The short version (plain English):
MOQBridge is a directory and introduction service — we connect startup founders with manufacturers. We are not a party to any deal, purchase, or order between them. Manufacturers pay a one-time, non-refundable listing fee for the duration they choose. Founders use the platform free. Every business relationship is formed directly between the two parties, and they are responsible for verifying each other before transacting.

1Who We Are & What MOQBridge Does

MOQBridge (operated at moqbridge.com) is an online B2B marketplace directory that helps D2C startup founders discover and connect with verified manufacturers, wholesalers, and suppliers from India, China, and worldwide.

We do not manufacture, buy, sell, ship, store, or handle any physical goods. We do not act as a broker, agent, or representative for any manufacturer or buyer. We are a technology platform that facilitates introductions — nothing more, nothing less.

2Who Can Use MOQBridge

By accessing or using MOQBridge, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
  • If registering on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will not misrepresent your identity, business, or capabilities.

MOQBridge reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or remove any account at its sole discretion, without notice, if we believe a user is misusing the platform or violating these terms.

3Manufacturer Listing Plans & Payment Terms

Manufacturers and suppliers pay a one-time listing registration fee to have their company profile published on MOQBridge for the chosen duration. We offer three plans:

  • 1-Month Listing — ₹349 (your profile is live for 30 days)
  • 6-Month Listing — ₹1,799 (your profile is live for 182 days)
  • 12-Month Listing — ₹2,999 (your profile is live for 365 days)
Important: Payment is collected only after MOQBridge admin reviews and approves your business registration. You will receive a payment link by email upon approval. Submitting a registration form does not guarantee listing approval.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. A GST invoice will be issued upon payment. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. MOQBridge never stores your card or banking details.

The listing fee grants access to all platform features for the chosen duration — there are no per-lead charges, no commission on orders, and no hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay.

Founders (buyers) use MOQBridge completely free of charge. There is no registration fee, no subscription, and no commission for buyers at any time.

4No-Refund Policy

All listing fees paid to MOQBridge are non-refundable. Once your listing is activated and live, no refund will be issued for any reason — including early cancellation, change of mind, business closure, or dissatisfaction with the number of enquiries received.

We believe this is fair because:

  • Payment is collected only after your application is reviewed and approved — not at registration.
  • You choose your duration freely (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months) and confirm before paying.
  • From the moment your listing goes live, you receive immediate value — your profile is visible to thousands of searching founders and your contact details are accessible.
  • We provide a GST invoice confirming your valid business expenditure.

If your listing is removed by MOQBridge due to our error or a technical failure caused entirely on our side, we will, at our sole discretion, offer a pro-rated extension of your listing — not a cash refund.

Renewals: Listing plans do not auto-renew. When your listing expires, you simply pay again if you wish to continue. There are no surprise charges.

5We Are an Introduction Platform — Not a Party to Any Deal

MOQBridge acts solely as a platform that enables founders and manufacturers to find and contact each other. We are not involved in, and are not responsible for, any of the following:

  • Negotiations, agreements, contracts, or purchase orders between a founder and a manufacturer
  • The quality, quantity, safety, legality, or fitness of any product manufactured or supplied
  • Delivery, shipping, customs, or import/export compliance
  • Payment terms, advance deposits, or financial arrangements between parties
  • Disputes, disagreements, or legal claims between a buyer and a supplier
  • Any loss of money, goods, time, or business opportunity arising from a transaction
Think of MOQBridge the way you think of a business directory or a trade fair — we introduce you to potential partners. What happens after the introduction is entirely between the two businesses involved. MOQBridge is not a guarantor, arbitrator, or mediator of any commercial transaction.

Any contract, purchase order, or agreement you enter with a manufacturer or buyer is a direct legal agreement between those two parties only. MOQBridge is not named in, bound by, or responsible for fulfilling any such agreement.

6Buyer & Supplier Self-Verification Responsibility

MOQBridge reviews manufacturer registrations before approval and displays a "Verified" badge where basic business credentials have been checked. However, this verification is not a guarantee of quality, reliability, financial stability, or legitimacy of any manufacturer or their products.

Both buyers and suppliers are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business relationship. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Requesting and verifying business registration certificates, GST/tax documents, and trade licenses
  • Requesting product samples before placing bulk orders
  • Verifying manufacturing capacity, certifications (GMP, ISO, FSSAI, etc.), and compliance claims independently
  • Checking references from existing clients of the manufacturer
  • Using escrow or staged payment terms for large orders to protect against non-delivery
  • Consulting a legal or trade advisor before signing contracts for high-value sourcing

MOQBridge will not be held liable for any loss, fraud, or dispute arising from a failure to perform adequate due diligence.

7Accuracy of Listings

Manufacturers are responsible for ensuring that their listing content — including product categories, MOQ, certifications, contact information, and capabilities — is accurate, current, and not misleading.

MOQBridge does not independently verify every claim made in a manufacturer's profile. If you discover inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information in any listing, please email us at care@moqbridge.com and we will investigate and update or remove the listing as appropriate.

MOQBridge reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing at any time without notice if we determine that it contains false, misleading, or harmful information — without any obligation to refund the listing fee.

8Prohibited Use

You agree not to use MOQBridge to:

  • Post false, fabricated, or misleading business information
  • Spam, harass, or unsolicited-message other users
  • Scrape, copy, or republish MOQBridge content or data without written permission
  • Attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the platform's security or infrastructure
  • Circumvent payments by arranging deals discovered on MOQBridge through other channels to avoid platform terms
  • List products or services that are illegal, counterfeit, prohibited, or infringing on third-party IP rights
  • Impersonate another business, person, or certified body

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or removal, without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

9Intellectual Property

All content on MOQBridge — including but not limited to the design, layout, code, calculators, reports, copy, and brand — is the property of MOQBridge and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Manufacturers grant MOQBridge a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display their submitted content (company name, description, logo, images, categories) on the platform and in related marketing materials (newsletters, social media, promotional pages) for the duration of their active listing.

Founders and visitors may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any manufacturer listing data without the written consent of the manufacturer and MOQBridge.

10Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity

We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

By using MOQBridge, you acknowledge and agree that:
  • In the event of a cybersecurity incident, data breach, hacking attempt, or technical failure — whether or not caused by MOQBridge — MOQBridge's total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for your active listing plan, and in no event shall exceed ₹2,999.
  • MOQBridge is not liable for any data loss, corruption, or unauthorised access to data you have submitted, whether arising from hacking, server failure, malware, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
  • No monetary compensation will be paid for loss of data, business opportunity, or reputational damage arising from cybersecurity incidents.
  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of business-critical information submitted to the platform.

We will notify affected users as soon as reasonably possible in the event of a confirmed data breach, in accordance with applicable Indian data protection regulations.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MOQBridge, its founders, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
  • Any loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, data, or goodwill
  • Any loss arising from a transaction between a founder and a manufacturer, including non-delivery, defective goods, or payment fraud
  • Platform unavailability, downtime, or technical errors
  • Inaccuracies in manufacturer listings or calculated estimates from our tools
  • Any third-party actions, including payment gateways, hosting providers, or API services

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to MOQBridge in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Founders (buyers) who use MOQBridge free of charge acknowledge that MOQBridge's liability to them is ₹0 — as they have paid nothing and receive the service as-is.

12Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MOQBridge and its team from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • False or misleading information you submitted to the platform
  • Any dispute between you and another user (buyer or supplier)
  • Your infringement of any third party's intellectual property, regulatory, or legal rights

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation for a period of at least 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India).

14Changes to These Terms

MOQBridge may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or business practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes, we will notify active registered manufacturer accounts by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. We recommend bookmarking this page.
